  I don’t know what changed but the food went from a 2/5 most days to consistently some of the best Chipotle I’ve had in years.

  I placed an order for 6 people for delivery that cost me a whopping $140 with taxes and fees. That averages about $23 a person. When we received the orders, they were all wrong. 2 of the salad bowls we ordered had NO SALAD! Seriously, not even 1 leaf! Another person ordered hers with Queso (an extra charge) and there was no Queso. She didn't even want to eat it without the cheese. Another person ordered light sour cream and it was drowning in sour cream (made the meal inedible for them), plus a missing guacamole on the side for another person. But what is worse is that Chipotle makes it almost impossible to locate a phone number to ask for help. Then when I finally got a live person, they weren't helpful at all. She was arguing with me that if I wanted a salad bowl, I should have ordered extra lettuce. In the end, after stressing me out, she refunded only $36 out of the $140. The order was 80% wrong, and that refund covered less than 2 meals with their associated taxes and fees. And it was like pulling teeth to just get that much. Really sad and disappointing customer service that makes me hesitate to ever order from them again. I want to add.....Chipotle, if you are reading this, please do not tell me to just go to the website contact us page to get help. I see that is the automatic response Chipotle is posting here to reviews. Before calling and getting the inadequate response that I got, I first went to the contact us page on the website. On that page you have to use the chat box (Pepper) to type out your problem. I attempted to use that feature, but it just responded every time by saying: "We're sorry we cannot assist you" and then it would disconnect the chat. I attempted multiple times. Always the same result. It is ridiculous that Chipotle does not care about their customers and makes it so difficult to get assistance to fix something that was THEIR mistake.

  Genevieve is the best! Always smiling and welcoming when you come in. We come here every Tuesday for dinner and we are always so happy to see her working. From-your favorite customers :)

  This location has declined significantly. I’ve been coming here for years, and it used to have great service and a strong team, that’s clearly no longer the case. During my most recent visit on 4/11/26, my mom and I walked in and were not greeted. A male employee made eye contact and turned away instead of assisting us (Tall, Caucasian) Two female employees stepped in and helped us, they were both kind, pleasant, and provided great customer service, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely changed the tone. The employee at the register (Andrew) did not acknowledge us, ignored multiple attempts to clarify that our orders were together, and disregarded both me and his female coworker who tried to correct him. He then he aggressively walked away mid transaction, stating he was going to the bathroom. Instead of addressing us directly, he spoke across the restaurant to another employee about us, which was extremely unprofessional. Another male employee also maintained a hostile demeanor throughout the visit, including staring and negative body language that made the environment uncomfortable. This was not an isolated experience!! it has been a consistent issue with the current staff, including the manager. It’s disappointing to see how much this location has gone downhill. Based on repeated experiences, I will not be returning.
