After missing the additional $2.95 add for guacamole, $1.70 for queso blanco, $1.00 for cilantro lime sauce (my fault for not fully reading the menu), my children informed me that all of the lemonade containers were empty and extremely dirty. I asked if they were going to make more and they said 10 minutes. Never once did they attempt to make any during our visit. We asked a question to the girl at the register and she completely ignored us. The soda machine tray was overflowing with ice. Cockroaches were literally running all over the floor along with flys everywhere. The entire establishment from the floors, walls, tables, to their kitchen were overflowing with trash, debris, and food. The steak was extremely chewy. After drying off a few pieces of ice to check the quality, you could see the debris in the ice. I literally felt sick before even leaving the store. I do not recommend this store location to anyone. Definitely a health and safety concern. Chipotle needs to look into this location asap!

Don't complain to people about your job. We don't care. We who work all deal with the day to day. I saw one person change gloves. She was very nice and professional. Taller, slim young woman with a nice personality. I saw very dirty uniforms, unsanitary visible areas. The 2nd server stopped taking the rest of my order while I was speaking to tell someone to go on break. She touches her braid then picks up lettuce with that same hand. Cross contaminated the whole bowl. 5-22-26 around 9:30 pm. I don't send food back. I just don't go back. What she did was very disgusting. It literally made me sick. I threw the food in the trash.

One of the biggest Chipotle ive ever been to but, they just give zero cares about thay restroom. 12 workers in that place, there shouldn't be a backed up toilet, and no paper towels. Not just empty, but the door pulled off the dispenser. Just deplorable all these workers collecting a check and letting the restroom get that way. No paper towels, no hand dryer, just my nice Shirt to dry my hands off
