I couldn't use the free burger coupon with my purchase over $15 because there was no option to activate it. I called for help, but they couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t place the order by phone due to an online-only combo, which would have cost $10 more. I went in person for help with the app, but they still couldn’t assist. Eventually, I ordered delivery without the free burger. It feels like the coupon is just a trick to get you to join rewards and share personal data. There’s no way to opt out of giving your phone number; they say it’s for order updates, but I received no texts. Private equity has ruined this once-great chain. The wings are the worst in town.

Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front and take my order. Everyone working just walked and stared at me

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Having worked in fine dining myself, I understand that mistakes happen and that busy shifts can lead to occasional issues. Unfortunately, this went far beyond a simple mistake. After a long day at work, I came in hoping to relax, enjoy a meal, and unwind. Instead, what should have been a simple night out turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. Our server, Caliscia, was consistently unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire visit. There were multiple errors, including incorrect information being provided, mistakes with our order, and an overcharge of more than $20 on our bill. Rather than taking ownership of these issues and helping resolve them, the situation only became more frustrating as the night went on. After the repeated mistakes, we politely requested to speak with a manager. We waited over 40 minutes and no manager ever came to address our concerns. During that time, instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or provide customer service, Caliscia’s behavior became increasingly hostile. At one point, she threw receipts at us, spoke to us in a confrontational manner, and appeared to be trying to intimidate us rather than help resolve the issue. The situation escalated to the point where she began calling the police, which was completely unnecessary and shocking given that we were simply trying to resolve billing and service concerns. What disappointed me most wasn’t the mistakes themselves—everyone makes mistakes—but the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and management involvement. A simple apology, correction of the bill, and conversation with a manager could have resolved everything. Instead, we were left feeling disrespected, ignored, and treated as though we were the problem for raising legitimate concerns. The fact that a manager never came to speak with us after we specifically requested one was incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. Customer service doesn’t end when something goes wrong—it’s defined by how those situations are handled. This experience fell far below the standards I would expect from any restaurant, let alone one that values hospitality and customer service. I left far more stressed than when I arrived, which is the exact opposite of what I was hoping for after work. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the service issues and the lack of response when customers request assistance. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to return or recommend this establishment to others.

I rarely go here, but recently received a gift card to use & took my son to watch the NBA Finals game 3. Portions are small & prices are up, like most restaurants. Very noisy, but to be expected on any sport playoff game night. The patrons at the table next to us were leaping out of their chairs & knocking them to the floor after each shot was made by the Knicks. I'm all for cheering your favorite team, but I got grazed by a chair twice. I feel that management should've asked them to take it down a few notches, but no one did. I hate the sneaky tabletop gaming option! These places know that most kids are quick & screen-addicted & that parents will be distracted or drunk. I don't agree with the theory of these in any restaurant. Our server was attentive & kept us in good shape with our waters; very much appreciated. Again, we don't eat out often, but I'd much rather spend $ on the server's tip than the tabletop game. And FYI, I tipped on the total bill amount, not the remaining total after the gift card was applied. To offset the $2.99 my son spent on the game ("I thought it was free"), I took the $3 out of the server's share. If they don't like it, remove the tabletop games. $40 for half a wrap, 4 onion rings, a small burger & fries is a hefty tab, imho.
