Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
The employees especially Jaiden , Juan , and their manager Jessica are super kind .

On 5/20/26 we went to the wataburger in Levelland the order was wrong and had to be remade three times on the fourth time we got home wich is 20 miles out of town and I had ordered a triple wataburger meal and they only gave me a double my wife called and was told if she brought the receipt in on our next visit they would remake it so she went on 5/21/26 and showed the receipt and the general manager named Paul told her he wouldn’t remake it again because it had been remade three times already I’m not usually one to make a big deal out of things but it isn’t the customers fault if an order is made wrong and I would like to get what I’ve payed for I know several people around Levelland who will not go to that wataburger because of similar experiences we have been there quite a bit and every time the orders are wrong and have to be remade service like that is not good for a companies reputation and I feel like something should be done about it because it is such a regular problem and you should get what you pay for when going to an establishment
