Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The honey butter on my biscuit this morning tastes like it had sat in the sun for a couple of days. It tastes spoiled. I live 20 minutes away out in the country and I decided to drive to town this morning to get a biscuit after dropping my children off at school. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had we ordered $70 worth of food drove all the way back home after a late night game this summer just to find out all of our food was old and stale like it had been sitting out under the lamp for hours. Why is it that everything we get in Levallend ends up being the worst branch of every franchise that comes into town? The chicken on my Honey butter biscuit was so hard. It almost broke my teeth, so even if the honey butter wasn’t rancid and spoiled, I still couldn’t have eaten this biscuit. I’ve reached out to the manager of this place more than once was told I would get a refund and it never came for the last incident I thought Maybe they can’t mess up breakfast, but I was even wrong about that. This place needs a revamp very quickly or this is going to be another franchise that doesn’t do well in this town.

Think about that, after working a 12 hour shift u get trapped in a fast food line for 20 mins for one burger.
