When we walked in, the lady in front of us was complaining about her incorrext order. While we were waiting for our order, 3 different people came inside to complain about incorrect orders from drive through. One lady demanded a refund, another older gentleman was getting pretty upset arguing with the guy at the counter. Crazy! Our food came, and the burgers were eh, and fries were cold, stale and gross. But at least the order was correct? As I was eating, an employee was sweeping the floors. She did the absolute worst sweeep job around the booth next to us, leaving straw wrappers and trash. It was obvious she didn't give two flips about this place. Quite comical. This store is a pretty sad excuse for a Whataburger.
Genuinely it doesnt fail whether we come in store, through drive through, or delivery the food is ALWAYS made wrong. The fries are 9 times out of 10 cold, service is slow and not at all worth the wait. From putting onions on a kids burger ( that comes WITHOUT onions already), to forgetting the cheese on a chicken sandwich that we had to pay extra on or having to wait at the order box because no worker acknowledges you for 25 minutes. Always a waste of money and disappointing. I would rather drive all the way to Lubbock and back than to eat at this establishment again.

Heard nothing but laughing when ordering at the drive through. Repeating the order back incorrectly multiple times. When I got home the chicken strip box had no fries in it. No condiments included. Drove back & went inside - stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone noticed me. After letting the chicken strips get cold, I was given cold fries. I’m truly disappointed by the lack of leadership and care from this store.
I dont generally leave bad reviews unless the service has been less than extremely frustrating. But, night shift needs to do better. I havent gotten an order wrong with the daytime shift but have gotten two orders wrong with the evening shift. The first night shift order, I let it slide because it was just forgotten sauces, no big deal.
Today, I got no sauces and a carbonated water in place of the sprite I ordered. Called the restaurant(I had gotten home after a day of work, family stuff, etc, was comepletely exhausted)the lady said she had just replaced the sprite box and would give me spicy ketchup I ordered also but didn't receive the first time. I reluctantly, went down stairs, got in my car and drove all the way back to the restaurant. Got spicy ketchup and my replaced drink(the associate(not the one I talked to on the phone) asked me what the name on my ticket was, she initially asked me twice upon ordering, I told her Amber, but my ticket said Cameron).
I arrived at home again, just to find that my drink had the smallest hint of flavor and was still mostly carbonated still, It didnt seem like the tap was ran for the syrup to mix with the carbination before serving it again. I poured it out instead of wasting gas and time and energy going back for a third time. Won't be going to this place after midnight again, 24 hours sometimes isn't worth it. Only have more than one star per section cause daytime shift goes well, night shift hasnt been a good experience, personally.

My 3rd time going , every time I’ve gotten my order incorrect. ( Honey bbq make it dry and with buns ) they bring it with bbq sauce send it back comes back dry with no buns on toast. Maybe 4th times a charm just trying to get a buffalo ranch but when you tell them that they don’t have it. So I make it myself and somehow doesn’t seem to work that way either.
( edited ) WENT FOR A FOURTH TIME TRIED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE. order a honey bbq dry sub regular bun , got a side of buffalo and ranch you’d think it’d register seeing the side sauces that it NEEDS TO BE DRY but what did I get bbq sauce stilll !!!
