  The lady taking our order got the order wrong and then acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to fix it and she had to fix it two times very unprofessional and rude I even seen her roll her eyes also didn't have any manners at all first time to ever go to 7 brews where the employees weren't excited to be there When a customer is paying more than $6 a drink and has gotten the same drink every time they go they know what color the drink should be and what it's supposed to taste like she was baffled that I said they were the wrong color almost like she was disgusted I was telling her it was wrong and needed to be remade

  Pulled in and was greeted by the rudest lady who was extremely inconvenienced by presence there. Gave snarky attitude when I didn’t immediately spout off my phone number and then handed me a watered down drink that tasted like it had been sitting on their counter for 3 hours and got forgotten about.

  5/5/26, around 7:30 pm. I got an iced s'more mocha, which is my regular drink. When I took a sip of my drink, I felt something inside of my mouth. I took it out and there was A FREAKING DEAD BEE!!! These people need to pay attention to what they are serving to us...
