  I had to leave at least 1 star. Poor poor customer service experienced in drive through. The guy working the window (Alex/ Alan) needs to quit interrupting & listen.

  I came to order something and someone hit my car. She drove off and during this time . I originally gave this restaurant a one. However, I spoke to Allen the store manager Allen and he corrected my food order. Also, they had seen this woman that hit my car and reported it to Whaterburger Corporate Office. I am so pleased since this woman had no intention of taking responsibility to fix the damages to my car.

  i have never had such a miserable experience in a restaurant in my life. we went in here at 2am, i waited 30 minutes for our food because it was quite busy and ive worked in fast food and understood, eventually finally went up and asked, well they gave our food to someone else! waited an extra 15 minutes for them to remake it, which they forgot all of the sauces i paid extra for and forgot our shakes, just for them to tell me they dont even have shakes! i was not offered a refund for any of this and was given a “sorry bout that” i wouldve been better off just going home. absolutely abysmal for spending $40 for two meals.

  Really bad customer service, girl taking your order at the drive thru was super rude, overtalking you, “what else” after you repeat yourself bcc she can’t hear. Jackie at the window snatched the bag back from me and proceeded to roll her eyes at me for requesting spicy ketchup.

  This is probably my favorite Whataburger in town! Everything is always fresh, hot, and tastes SO good. Honestly, it tastes like Whataburger used to taste like—and if you know, you know! 😂 The food is consistently good every time I come here. Definitely one of the best locations around!
