  We have been coming to this DQ for about 20 years. I'm not sure what's been happening lately but the employees don't seem to be trained very well. When we were ordering the girl was taking to other employees while we were talking. We asked for the seasonal shake and were told they don't have it. We were told this for a freeze as well. We explained it we'd a blended float and she said we don't do that. After asking when they stopped another person came on and continued the order with no problem. When we got to the window we asked for the manger which was another issue. Alexis the manger seemed tired and confused and Lelani R. said she's new so she doesn't know what's on the menu. Instead of asking for help from another employee she just says they don't have the menu item.

  I drove past this place all the time wishing it would be better. The food when done right is pretty good. I love the steak fingers and the tacos but our last visit will be my last until the reviews get better. We spent over 40 minutes I. The drive through. We would have left if we hadn’t already paid. I was so bored I looked through the window to watch the cook. It was hard to see through all the signs they have covering the glass but I did catch the cook BARE HANDED pulling a cooked meat patty out of the grill thing they have on the back left corner of their kitchen. He dug his hands into the pickles and other veggies as well. I asked the girl in the window if their cooks were supposed to wear gloves and she said yes. I told her that her cook wasn’t currently wearing them. She did look displeased. Like she knew but didn’t want to tell him. She did look to tell someone who may have been a manager or something because he did tell the cook to put them on but I was so grossed out. We waited so long and had already paid. My kids needed dinner. We also didn’t order any burgers so it wasn’t our food he man handled. Either way. Never again.

  Waited 38 min for a blizzard and banana split. Excuse was not my fault, shift change. Got a refund with a “sorry” whispered under her breath. Will not be returning. Baskin Robbin’s across the street was great.

  Well it isn't from a lack of giving this location multiple chances. I've tried 3 different times (weekday afternoon, evening, and weekend) yet n NONE of my visits have been less than 30 minutes (again being conservative) Staff moves as if they are half asleep, are unprofessional and rude. I truly believe they are doing on purpose at this point. Food items are wrong, hot food is served room temperature, and frozen items are melting when they had them to you. Sad, but this will be my last attempt! Horrible service and from the other reviews, Dairy Queen corporate doesnt seem to care.

  I received a free item from Dairy Queen in my email. I could not access the app, the email had me download another app, so I did. I came to redeem at this location. The employee had me click redeem in store and THEN said oh we can't use that. He got who I assume was a manager or supervisor. She said oh we are switching to the blue app. I said i have that one and it won't work, can I get my free bday sundae. She said they're was nothing she could do. I said, well you COULD do something but you are choosing not to. She said that was right. It would cost you a couple bucks to make a life long customer but instead I'll let everyone know how terrible this location and it's lack of customer service is. Happy birthday to me!
