Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Went at 11:30 after fireworks, place was swamped, they did amazing! Give the team that worked July 4th a huge pat on the back! Food was hot, fresh, and correct!

Waited an hour for an original hamburger meal and there was no way to leave the line. The food was handed to me cold and tasted worse than usual. I should’ve gone to in n out

What a very dreadful expirience. Been going to whataburger for 25 years. This particular establishment is a disgrace to all whataburger restsraunts. Most chains are in decline but this particular whataburger left me feeling depressed. The drive through took 45 minutes, with only 2 cars ahead of me, and I only ordered 1 meal. Will never return to this location. Please shut down.

I was car #3 in line today at 2:00 pm . I placed my order and 25 minutes later I was still in line without my food. There were 13 cars behind me. Only one car in 20 minutes, had their food and left. I called the restaurant from the cell phone in my car while I was in line waiting for my food. I asked the young man why is it taking so long to get the food and no cars are moving he said there were only four employees there today and that the four employees had to do everything and they could not keep up with the burgers.
I asked for the owner’s name so that I can call them and tell them they are not managing the restaurant correctly. The Whataburger in Leander is busy all the time however they are known for long long lines and slow service. Any manager that employs only 4 staff in a busy restaurant is mismanaging . This owner is trying to under employ and people are having to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for a burger. No one has that kind of time that’s why it’s called a drive-through for convenience. The fact that the owner is only employing four people during busy hours shows that he is not concerned about our time. No one can wait 30 minutes in line for a burger and run errands and get back to work or whatever they’re doing that day. This concerns me because people don’t have that kind of time.

Best customer service at the drive-thru. Payton was very respectful and made sure he got our order right. Not a lot of Whataburgers do that.
