  Fire the girl working 5/18 7pm. I stood at the counter and nobody came so I ordered a shake for my dad’s birthday on the iPad. Nobody was in the building and she was just laughing and talking in the back, she finally acknowledged my shake and said to her coworker to make it he said he didn’t know how and she said she wasn’t making it. Waited another 10 minutes and asked for a refund which she refused.

  Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, no one came out the back. So we ordered our milkshake on the screen. Waiting another 5 minutes and 3 employees finallly came out and were talking and cooking something which we thought was the milkshake. One employee cooked himself food and sat down right infront of us, and then they made a comment to us as a joke saying a grown man didn’t know how to make a milkshake, which was ours. We asked for a refund since they told us in our face they couldn’t make it and said they couldn’t give us one. It was for the birthday.

  5/7/2026 Ordered 3 patties on my burger and got 2. Let them know right away. After 15m I just ate my burger. Let them know and asked for a refund. Not possible. Asked for a coupon. Not possible. Asked for a shake instead. Not possible. The staff is trying but can’t keep up when it gets busy and they need a leader who understands customer service. Restaurant is also dirty. Smeared old ketchup on the windows. Dirty floors. No manager. Looks like an absentee franchise - needs attention.

  Buyers beware! The food was cold, but the worst part was the outrageous price. I called ahead to place an order, but when I arrived, I was charged $70.61. I noticed that I was charged $9.79 for each hotdog, while online they are only $3.99. The lady’s excuse was that they had to build it in-store because they don’t have that option in store and ONLY ONLINE.. I work in retail and I know how one person’s attitude can ruin your day. I chose not to ruin the lady’s day for $18, which is $6 extra per hotdog. However, this review will alert other buyers to the theft that has occurred, and they will not go here.   I am only coming on here to give you a warning! Don’t go here. They messed up our order. Had sides in the wrong place and even put food on the wrong plate. The kicker was not only the food cold but the cook (Tony) was in the restroom for 20 minutes. My wife got my daughters chicken strips on her large order of chili fries and when we sent it back, they just took the chicken off the plate and sent it back to my wife. My order was a cajon burger with fries and a drink and a large side of fried pickles. That is not what I got. I got my burger with a side of fried pickles and they were cold. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that the night manager wasn’t even there. After spending 60 bucks in this place… I will never give way back burger another chance.
