    I had a lovely experience at this particular location on May 19th around 5pm. The hospitality shown by Anderson and Nylah was incredible. The smoothies came out under two minutes and they were refreshing. They were quick to accommodate and had a friendly smile while springing to action. I recommend this Hero Way location, the service is excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming.

    Terrible staff was very rude to my whole family. I am from Frisco and never been treated so terribly. It is not even late in the day to be so rude

    Love tropical smoothie cafe as do a lot of folks! I felt bad for the girl working.. she was the only one working having to make the food and the smoothies.. with 10 people in line and 1 person doing all the work doesn't really seem feasible. I waited over 20 minutes for the food because she was so swamped!
