  This is one of the most poorly run McDonalds I have ever seen. They lost my curbside order the lobby was jam packed with angry people waiting for their food a old lady had been waiting 45 minutes and tried to get the attention of an employee they ignored her and she left on the verge of tears. This is not the first time I have seen this store like this. Usually I get my food cold anyways. They need to fire all management at this store and start again.

  I’m giving this McDonald’s at Hero Way and Bagdad one star because I can’t give it any less. I’m sorry to say this, but this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s. This location isn’t new anymore, and there always seems to be something: slow service, missing food, or employees being rude about the time you come in. Today, I paid for a Happy Meal and a Big Mac meal. They gave me the fries and the soda without a straw, but NO BIG MAC. I paid for a hamburger I never received. The Happy Meal was also missing its toy, although that was the least of my concerns. I was in a hurry because we had a medical appointment, so I couldn’t go back. I called afterward and left a message for the manager in both English and Spanish. With the appointment and my daughter not feeling well enough for another stop, returning to argue over missing food wasn’t an option. Just yesterday, I picked up a Happy Meal to take to my daughter at school so I could have lunch with her. They left out her juice. I was already running late and didn’t stop to open the box and check every item. A previous time, also when I was taking lunch to her at school, they put TWO TOYS in the Happy Meal but left out the food. That makes three separate occasions with missing food or drinks. On another visit within the past year, they had me pull aside and wait for a Happy Meal while several customers who ordered after me received theirs. When I went inside to ask why, an employee told me in Spanish, “Why do you come at this time? It’s shift change.” Instead of helping me, she scolded me for coming at that hour. I told her that my daughter’s school lunch schedule wasn’t something I could change to fit their shift change. Customers shouldn’t have to check every box and bag to make sure they actually received the food they paid for, and they certainly shouldn’t be scolded for showing up during business hours. These repeated experiences are embarrassing for this location. I have no desire to return, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If you can, plan ahead and go to another location, like the one at 183 and Crystal Falls, or choose another restaurant nearby. This McDonald’s has let me down too many times.

  This is the second time that I have been to this McDonald’s and the food has been terrible. They did not get my order right there. I was missing a sandwich. I paid extra for tartar sauce and it was not in the bag the french fries taste like they have been fried in old oil. The fish tasted stale and more than anything. I cannot contact the local store. I had to leave a message for someone to return my call that’s even more frustrating.

  Was waiting for the happy meal for 10 mins, was at the drive through, and ask me go park to wait for my food. Some cars behind me got the happy meal already and I was still waiting for it , the happy meal I ordered only 4 pieces chicken nuggets and one bag apple and small fries, need to take 10 mins to prepare? If I didn’t call them I am still waiting in the parking lot, I think I will wait forever. And very bad customer service, too.

  After eating I was unsure who I was, I didn't ever think I would stoop this low for food. Not sure how this place has 2.8 stars, it needs to be lower. As someone who has eaten many burgers, I can confidently say this is the worst one I've ever had. And not just that, I have been blinded by my community, people say it's great. I've never left a meal feeling more disappointed I'm myself than now. The mayo was... horrible. The bacon, stale, the patties flat and flavorless. The diet Coke though was phenomenal. Back to the burger, the lettuce had 0 crunch. I wanted a pleasant meal, I didn't expect greatness I expected a baseline fine burger, nothing out of the ordinary. The burger I had was out of the ordinary and not in a good way either. To anyone reading this, go get food somewhere else.
