- SRs. RienOct 4, 20264.0I will always shop at this HEB. I was however a little disappointed with a cake I ordered for my 88 year old mother's birthday; a vanilla cake with lemon filling and buttercream icing. There is a trace of lemon filling and more icing filling which I didn't order. The piece I ate had no lemon flavor whatsoever. This has happened before with a baby shower I gave and the filling was left out completely. Besides that, the cake itself tasted a few days old. Not sure when you get them in, but probably should not pass them off as fresh. Also, after your recent re-merchandising, I noticed a few items I can no longer find like Purr gum, Nature's Own Ancient Grains bread, Unwell hydration drinks, and the 7up cake. I hope they weren't discontinued. All first world problems, and I will always shop at this HEB, just thought someone should know.

On top of that the lady manager at the store is so rude and don’t listen at all. First incidents I ordered my son’s birthday cake and got a completely different cake than I ordered except for the design. When my son cut the cake he was upset that he did not get his favorite cake. Second incident was during checkout. I brought some oranges which was on sale but the manager and the checkout person kept on arguing it is not and made me feel that I am try to rob for a few cents. So I went and got a picture and showed them. Instead of apologizing the manager kept arguing with me as if I hurt her ego. She made me feel it was my fault. Ridiculous and surprising behavior though I was correct. This happened on Friday September 25th evening.

The fresh flour tortillas are a must, Creamy Creations ice cream is ridiculously good, and the two-bite brownies from the bakery disappear almost immediately at our house. H-E-B just gets Texas grocery shopping right.
- KHKelsie HayesSep 24, 20261.0ONE cashier was open and I had a cart full of stuff... including a bunch of meat so it would be a pain to do at self checkout. I used the ONE CASHIER open which was marked an "express 15 items or under" lane. But with a full cart I dont have room to do it all at self check ans the meats never scan for me at self check ... Well the cashier Maddie r actually had the gall to scold me for having a full cart and said I should have went to self check ... I was like they only have one cashier open and thats you This is massive store Quite honestly she was rude and very unfriendly when I did try to make nice conversation with her Im really disappointed as I used to really enjoy this location and would drive out of my way for it Self check is a hassle when you have a big buggy of groceries and meat I dont appreciate the hassle, the fact no cashiers were open Won't be coming back here anymore You need to be nicer and make it easier for me to have a large order
