  Ordered through Uber Eats, they have given me the wrong order three times now. Very consistent…at making mistakes…or maybe just being careless.

  This particular location has a glitch in their computer system so they do not see large orders that are placed online. I am here trying to pick up an order that was placed 3 days ago for 125 teachers for teacher appreciation week and they’re telling me they don’t have enough bagels. DO NOT PLACE LARGE ORDERS AT THE LEANDER LOCATION. Update: I will say a shift leader named Nic came through and made it happen for me at the last minute. She saved the day after the rest of the crew acted like there was no resolution. Left a message for the general manager and haven’t heard back.

  I went to Einstein today and met the sweetest girl working there. I was having a really rough start to my morning, and Ohmayra didn’t just make my day—she made my whole week! I wasn’t in the mood to talk to anyone, but the moment I walked in and she greeted me with a warm “hello” and a smile, I instantly felt better. I’m so excited to come back to this location and honestly no other store, just so I can have that same amazing experience every time. I’ve visited multiple other stores before, but I’ve never felt so welcomed, warm, and appreciated. She truly made a lasting impression!

  Bella and Alexia were the sweetest most adorable staff ever I love this bagel store. I’m so glad that you guys brought the new one to us. It’s in the perfect location you’re always quick. Your bagels are always good but the reason that I will definitely come back is because I love your staff at this particular store even the guy in the back whose name I didn’t get was cool.

  Had an amazing drive-thru experience here just a bit ago. Everything was quick, smooth, and the food was exactly what you’d expect - fresh and well made. But the real highlight was Bella. She was incredibly warm and genuine, and completely transformed what would normally be a routine drive-thru stop into something memorable. You can tell she truly cares about how she interacts with people; she brought energy, kindness, and a level of authenticity that’s honestly rare to come across these days. She breathed life into the interaction in a way that stuck with me even after I drove off. Bella is an absolute standout, and the kind of person that keeps customers coming back.
