    Recap of my 9:00–10:00 PM on a random Wednesday visit: My wife placed our order through the app, and I picked it up in-store. Before leaving, I specifically checked her salad because the last time we ordered this item ( NOT from this location), it came with only lettuce and none of the toppings she ordered. This time the salad looked correct, so I headed home. Unfortunately, when we unpacked everything, we realized her dressing was missing, and her lemonade was regular instead of diet. Normally, these would be minor issues, but my wife is pregnant and was really looking forward to the meal she ordered. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke with the supervisor (I believe her name was Gracey). She was professional, understanding, and handled the situation well by remaking the entire order. I genuinely appreciate her customer service. However, after driving home a second time, we discovered the remade order didn’t include my wife’s salad at all. At that point, we had made two trips, wasted gas, wasted food, and still didn’t have a complete order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with order accuracy or slower service at this location. While the supervisor did everything she could to make it right, the recurring mistakes are frustrating. My advice to customers is to be patient and thoroughly check your order before leaving. To the team, please take an extra moment to verify each order before handing it out. Chick-fil-A has built a reputation for excellent accuracy and service, and that’s what many of us have come to expect. We’ll likely be visiting the Cedar Park or Georgetown locations going forward.

    Literally the worst location for mobile ordering. You go inside which takes forever or use the drive thru which still takes forever. Whats the point of ordering ahead. If I still have to wait no matter how long ahead I ordered it. While its the closest I will just wait and order when I am at another location.

    Go here if you want but you'll be waiting for your order for about as long as a restaurant with wait staff and menus. A well done steak would be served faster than orders here

    We had a good experience overall at this location. The food was tasty and served very quickly, and we chose to dine in. The restaurant is family-friendly and has a small play area for kids, which was a nice touch for our little one, however it is very loud there that it was hard to hear the person sitting next to me. As of parking , there is plenty of free parking available, including designated spots for people with disabilities. I would have gladly given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for one disappointing experience at the end of our visit. Before leaving, I ordered a milkshake for my child. The employee who took the order was polite and started preparing it right away. However, once he had the milkshake in his hand, he stood chatting and giggling with one coworker, and after she left, he continued talking and laughing with another coworker. All of this happened while the milkshake was sitting there melting. When he finally brought it to me, he apologized for taking so long to bring the order. It was an interesting statement since I had watched the entire unnecessary delay happen right in front of me. Aside from that incident, the rest of the staff were quick, friendly, and provided good service. Overall, it’s a nice place for families, but I hope they pay more attention to customer service consistency.

    I will never return to this location after the experience I had today. The parking lot felt extremely unsafe and confusing. I had to circle several times just to figure out how to access the drive-thru because there were cones everywhere. The traffic flow was unclear, and I was nearly hit by another vehicle due to the confusion. Once I reached the drive-thru, an employee asked me to pull forward to a spot where there did not appear to be enough room. I expressed my concern because I was worried my vehicle could be hit, but my concerns were dismissed and I was told to pull forward anyway, despite my discomfort. After finally leaving, I began eating my sandwich. About halfway through, I discovered bacon in it, even though I had specifically requested no bacon because consuming it violates my religious beliefs. This mistake was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling dismissed, anxious, and repulsed by the experience. Between the unsafe parking lot situation, the lack of concern for my safety, and the failure to follow a clearly stated dietary restriction, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
