The individuals at the Leander location are consistently kind, hardworking, and committed to serving their customers. The food is always great, and about 90% of the time, the service is both fast and efficient. However, I have noticed that this location struggles significantly when handling unusually large crowds. During high-volume events such as Cow Day, new product launches, or particularly busy Saturday mornings, service seems to slow down considerably, sometimes resulting in hour-long waits in the drive-thru. This appears to be more noticeable at this location compared with other Chick-fil-A locations I have visited. I understand that the Leander location may serve a very high volume of customers, and the issue could be related to staffing, management, or simply the layout and capacity of the location. Regardless of the cause, it would be great to see a more consistent strategy for managing these peak periods. Overall, this is a good location with friendly employees and quality food. However, the difficulty maintaining smooth and efficient service when customer volume increases is the main reason I would not give it five stars. With some improvements in handling peak demand, I believe this location could provide an excellent experience more consistently.

The Leander, TX location has the slowest drive through I have ever seen. They should modify their design. If I could have pulled out of line, I would have.

Pretty disappointed with my experience today. I placed a small order for myself and three coworkers and stood at the pickup station waiting, only to have DoorDash drivers and customers who came in after me helped before I was. When I tried to get a manager’s attention to ask about my order, I was ignored. I tried again a second time and was ignored again. Since the order screen is visible, I noticed my name wasn’t listed, which is why I was trying to get someone’s help. After standing there for about 15 minutes without anyone assisting me, I decided to drive to the Cedar Park location to see if my order had somehow been sent there instead. The Cedar Park location was a completely different experience. I was greeted immediately and helped promptly, and they were able to confirm that my order was actually at the Leander location. Now I’m driving back to Leander, hoping I can finally get my lunch and my coworkers’ lunches. I’d also suggest improving the pickup/waiting area. Having everyone crowded together near the front door makes the process feel even more chaotic and difficult to navigate. Hopefully the food is worth the trouble, but the customer service experience definitely needs some improvement. Just got back to the leander location and the only reason I got the managers attention was because I was standing in his way. He was able to find my order and get it pushed through. If I was acknowledged the first or second time none of this would have happened and I would have already been back at work.

This is honestly the worst chick fil a ever. This is the one by my house so I tend to go to this one since it’s easier access and they are ALWAYS messing up our order. They absolutely never miss with either messing up the order or not giving us an item we have paid an ordered. I absolutely do not recommend ever coming to this location. I am never coming here again, I rather drive down a couple more miles to get a better service and getting for what I pay for.

The parking SUCKS - half the spots are reserved for mobile pickup. You almost always have to plan on parking in the business parking across a busy drive. Despite the bad parking, the restaurant is typically crowded. You may have difficulty getting a table/booth depending on the time of day. My husband and I were lucky to get a two-seat table when we went at 1 pm. The food tastes good, as usual, except for one notable change. It seems like the past few visits, our chicken sandwiches had breasts that were cut so thin they were in multiple pieces on our buns. And because they were thin, they were over-cooked, and the breading looked slightly burned. Since this has been a consistent issue, I think Chick-fil-A is trying to cut production costs by using sub-standard breasts. I guess we still go for the waffle fries and lemonade. Those things are amazing - plus, this specific restaurant employs queer staff, so I can get behind it, even if corporate are bigots.
