I typically go to the CAVA near my school at the Arboretum, but I’ll more than often wait the hour+ drive just to eat at this location near where I live. Not only is the food quality consistently great, but the atmosphere and workers are unmatched. Madi , Iris and Edwin were so kind and welcoming. While I’ve mastered making CAVA at home, it’s their friendliness and food quality that will keep bringing me back.

This place has the absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered. The staff is incredibly rude and arrogant, with a hostile attitude as if they are providing free food out of charity despite charging for it. One particular female staff member was extremely aggressive; she literally trashed the food while filling the bowl and then flatly denied service. She carries herself with the ego of a high-powered manager and seems to forget she is an employee representing the brand. They have no idea how to treat customers—avoid this location at all costs and save your time and money.

Iris made me an Immediate CAVA fan and undoubtedly a repeat customer. I can not express enough how the excited welcome, followed by friendly explanations and accomodations just left my heart feeling full. And when I got to the food, I was NOT disappointed. Well done, CAVA. Having Full and very happy belly along with a smiling heart from the service, makes you stand out in a world devoted to hate. Keep it up!

The manager threw away my food.
They had to wait 6 minutes for the salmon to add to my order, have a seat and they'll bring it to me. Ok, no big. I can hang out. A half hour later someone who came in after me is getting their salmon and I'm wondering where my food is. The manager threw it out because she didn't know who it belonged to. It belongs to the one and only person who is sitting in your lobby waiting for food. The young man working the register was very nice and apologetic about it but the manager ran away to the back and left him to deal with it. No apology from her, no acknowledging me at all. You're already paying $20 for mid food to avoid hamburgers. There are 6 other restaurants just within this same strip that I will be hitting up before ever coming back here again while that manager is still working there.

They shouldn't have mixed everything together — it made it impossible to enjoy the other ingredients. The black grains were unbearably crunchy and honestly hurt my teeth. We mentioned it to one of the workers, and she was genuinely apologetic and wanted to make it right. By that point we'd already eaten some of the lamb, but once the food is ruined, you just lose your appetite entirely.
Then the manager came over — no apology, nothing. He just flatly said, "If you don't like it, we'll take it off the bill." Like, that's not the point?? I didn't want a free meal. A little accountability and genuine concern for your customers goes a long way. Show some gratitude for the people keeping your business alive.
I will not be going back.
