  Usually this is my favorite place to get coffee or drinks and I rave about them but today? I went for the license plate sticker drop and to surprise my partner with a drink. I got there a couple minutes early and apologized and told her to take as much time as she needed. When she came back to take my order she was snippy and rude. When I asked about the sticker she talked to me like I was dumb and said no we don’t have those you can come back in October but it’s not a sticker day. Mind you the sticker was being advertised on the menu board right behind her head for today. I’ve never had a bad interaction like this before so it’s probably a off day but it definitely made me sad.

  I frequent this spot often, but long wait times are becoming a recurring issue. The drive thru queue routinely spills out, and relying on mobile ordering hasn't been a reliable workaround. Waiting 18 minutes for a mobile order defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Quality is fine, but management needs to address peak time bottlenecking and order prioritization.

  Halle and Jelly were outstanding with their customer service today. I visited the location twice, and both of these ladies were so nice to me. I wanted to make sure to write a review for them.

  Nothing to eat mainly which I was hoping for .. only coffee and some drinks. Their menu did not offer any food( when I tried to scan the QR code) when I came through drive thru a lady offered a blueberry muffin which just came out from refrigerator. Very cold food. Wasted my money on food. Maybe only drinks next time.

  I’ve been coming to 7 Brew since this location opened, and unfortunately my experience has become consistently disappointing. Over time, I’ve had multiple young employees come up to my car and tell me directly that they were unhappy working here, mentioning concerns about pay, tips, and how difficult it was to make enough money. I’ve also noticed a significant amount of staff turnover since the location opened. The customer service has been very inconsistent and at times immature. On one visit, an employee handed me my drink, turned around, threw her arms open and loudly yelled “AHHHHH!” It came across as childish and unprofessional. Drink consistency has also been a major problem. I’ve received drinks that tasted stale, bland, or noticeably different from previous visits. One time, an employee recognized me and my usual order was made before the employee taking orders had even entered anything into the tablet. One of my drinks normally has eight espresso shots, but that day I wanted only five. Since they had already made it without confirming my order, I declined the drink and left. I visited again at the beginning of August and had the same issues with flavor consistency and customer service. There was no greeting or welcome—just an employee walking up with a tablet and asking, “What’s your number?” After making the drinks, everyone went right back to cleaning. After giving this location many chances since it opened, I don’t feel the quality of the drinks or the customer service is consistent enough for me to recommend it. I would personally look for another coffee shop in the area.
