  I came in expecting normal customer service, but Ayla clearly didn’t get the memo. Within minutes, a crew of haunted zombie pirates stormed in (as they do), and before I could even panic, Ayla calmly stepped up like this was part of her job description. She greeted them politely, somehow de-escalated a guy named Captain Bonebeard, and then—no exaggeration—helped me fend them off using nothing but excellent communication skills and what I can only assume was professional-level customer service training. At one point she said, “Let’s find a solution that works for everyone,” and suddenly the pirates were apologizing and leaving in an orderly fashion. I’ve never felt safer or more valued as a customer in my life. 10/10 service. Would absolutely survive supernatural pirate attacks here again.

  I had an amazing experience at 7 Brew—everything from the atmosphere to the service made it stand out. The vibe there is super upbeat and welcoming, with music playing and everyone seeming genuinely happy to be there. It didn’t feel like a typical quick drink stop—it felt fun and energetic. The service was honestly the best part. Ashley, Riley, and Kendall were all incredible. They were super friendly, talked with us like we were regulars, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. You can tell they actually care about customers and enjoy what they do, which made a big difference. On top of that, the drinks were really good—made quickly but still tasted great. Overall, it was just a really positive experience, and I’d definitely go back. If you’re looking for great drinks with even better service, this place is it.
