  I placed the order online through a third party (DoorDash) for pickup at the restaurant. The order was placed at approximately 11:15 pm. Upon receiving the notification the order was ready, we drove from Webster to the 190 Gulf Fwy B-1 location for our order. Once we arrived, the employees were just standing around on their phones and hiding behind the wall next to the fryers. The person who I assume to be MIC at the moment came up to with the realization I was their for the DoorDash order, who then proceeded to say they will NOT honor the order and asked me rudely and sarcastically “You know what time it is?” I seen it was 11:48 which was still 12 minutes before closing. I have worked in the food service industry for over a decade, managed may different operations, and that was highly unprofessional. I tried to handle the matter calmly and orderly and whenever I was met with MORE sarcasm and rudeness, my pregnant wife decided to take it upon herself to try and handle things and the presumed MIC then proceeded to be hostile and vulgar towards my wife. This was a horrible experience and no one should have to deal with this, especially people who work relatively the same jobs they do. It’s unfair.

  I placed my order ahead of time about 30 minutes before they even closed and they shut everything down when they still had time to make my order. As you can see on my phone screenshot my order was ready shortly before 11:30. At least so it said. The little black girl in there was rude as HELL and needs to be fired with her customer service, her attitude and lack of empathy about not being able to do her job before locking store doors. She also could’ve called to say she wasn’t going to make it before I had to drive up there and waste my time. Reconsider who yall should be hiring. Nobody likes an incompetent employee rolling their eyes and their neck at people acting like customer service doesn’t make up their jobs. If she was too lazy to make my food then so be it, but she complained about the food taking 20 minutes to cook, but obviously there was at least 40 minutes for my order to be ready before showing up.

  I order from DoorDash all them time and this store forgets items constantly. Usually it’s the ranch. But the quality of the food when you get it is one of the better Wingstops on the south side.
