  Cashier stated the meal was 57 $, gave 60, but receipt said the meal was only 47, with 50 $ being paid

  There is nothing wrong with the people who work here however the manager who works herr, her nane is virginia is a huge piece of work, she singles out specific workers and treats them terribly, and if you go to get food with those workers she will single you iut as well, my burger was made incorrectly and they used an old patty on my burger, originally i had wanted it remade but on the phone she chose to rage bait me, and when i came to get a refund in person she tried telling me i wasnt allowed to cone back because i simply asled for my burger to be remade 1 time, mind you i am a regular here and have never had a single problem before. And when i brought up the fact that shes never treated any other customer that way i was told that i am not a customer and she can treat me however she wants, this behavior is sad and despicable, i was told my food wasnt old and was fresh but that makes no sense because my burger came out immediately. The manager at this location is a liar and a bully

  Ate here at 3:30 am and it still tastes as good as 12 in the afternoon. Never disappoints.

  Just received my food and my whole kids meal is messed up between wrong side item and they didn’t even care to put a drink. If you’re out of something then put another option in there. They also left out my gravy and I paid extra for other sauces so they just shorted me pretty much on most of the meal.

  Made a mobile order at 4am to be picked up at the drive thru. I arrive and the drive thru was completely coned off. I wasn’t dressed well or mentally prepared to go inside to a place full of people at 4am. I called to see if curbside was available and the lady was very rude telling me I had to go inside. I already paid for the order on the app so I literally had no other option. I also got there 30-40 mins AFTER I made the mobile order and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. They made me wait for 5 mins inside in the extremely bright fluorescent lights at 4am in front of a ton of people at a time that I just wanted to stop through the drive thru on my way home. Very uncomfortable and very poor service and attitude from them. Going to have to start going to a different location now.
