Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RHRyan Holcomb6 days ago2.0Got off work after July 4th and went through whataburger around 3 40 am. The person at the window was very nice and cordial. He asked us to pull up to wait for my 2 chicken strip meals. I have no problem waiting for fresh food as I had just gotten off a bartending shift and know how customer service goes. When I got home after waiting for about 15 minutes none of our food was fresh. Very disappointing
- NGNikki GowansJun 26, 20261.0Imagine this, you no longer live in a state that doesn’t have delicious Whataburger, so the first step off the plane naturally is heading for Whataburger for dinner after a long day of travel. Then your mom goes and orders onion rings, and you get your food and glance at the bag and there’s no onion rings, so you get them to come back to the window where they say “receipt”? Look at it and say “it’s not on the receipt, so would you like to pay for it now?” Not the biggest deal, we just ordered it but didn’t pay for it BUT then: We head home, and as I open my delicious honey bbq chicken strip sandwich, sub honey bbq for honey butter, yes that’s how I order it always, I noticed the gross brown that is honey bbq that I don’t like, so I had to drive back to which I got greeted with again “receipt?”. Thankfully it was on there, so they replaced it but seems like the customer service has gone down hill since my last visit. If you go here, just check your receipt as soon as you pay to make sure everything is right because you’ll have to fight for your order.

Proceeded to watch the same employee that told me my order was in progress go sit down on his phone. He didn't end up telling anyone I was there and my order sat until it was cold. Got home and checked my food and 1 of the 2 meals were wrong. Avoid this place at all cost!!
