Order with one car ahead of me, took me 20 minutes to get the wrong order. Then had me wait for 10 minutes just to open the window and acknowledge me. I explained I got the incorrect item for 5 minutes before they understood I just wanted to swap out my biscuit. This lazy behavior couldn't make it at chikfila

Always fresh, always friendly customer service. They even catch their own mistakes! Like, todoy, when they took our order, they repeat at speaker and once again at the window, LOVE that! Because, they repeaed thet order at window again, they caught at the window, what wasn't caught at the speaker. They apologized and corrected the order. Thank you!

The only reason I don’t give y’all one star is because the gentleman at the drive-through window was very friendly. But for the love of God, why would you give people cold chicken and Onion rings? People spend a lot of money to eat out And shouldn’t be served cold food.

I’ve visited this location multiple times since it has opened and my biggest concern is wait times with online orders, I place my order usually 10 min before I arrive and still have to wait in drive thru for an additional 15-20 min on average. This is ridiculous considering I placed my order before hand and I still see people that have ordered at the drive thru receive their orders before me. Staffing definitely needs to be addressed on night/over night shift, definitely not enough people yall have 1 person doing drive thru, taking orders, drinks and taking out curbside online orders is absurd do better or probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I usually never write reviews but I’m so disappointed with this location. I tried to give them another chance because the first time I came here when they first opened wasn’t too good either. They take such a long time to give you your food and you would think it would be fresh but it’s not plus they always forget an item from the order. So frustrating!
