  Iza took my order and was extremely prompt and kind. Her customer service was excellent, plus she never stopped moving, filling straws etc. After standing at the counter observing the kitchen staff and drive-thru workers while waiting on my food , I couldn’t help but recognize that everyone else seemed to be moving in slow motion or not moving at all. Looks like a relatively brand new restaurant. I went around 1:00 in the afternoon and was caught off guard by how dirty the floors, tables and overall dining area was. I had intended to dine-in but changed my mind after not being able to find a clean space. It’s not my favorite thing to not be able to leave a completely positive review but hopefully this location pulls it together and becomes another great Whataburger.

  We were served through the drive-thru last night by a young man named Kane. He had such a friendly, positive, attitude - awesome customer service skills! We really appreciated it! This location is great and my favorite in the area. Glad it opened up.

  Love Whataburger but this location is horrible. I’ve been going to the Kemah location but thought I’d try this one again today after skipping it for a couple months. Nothing has changed since they first opened. Food was warm this time but my order was way off from what I’d asked for. This is the only location I ever experience this with. Hope they get it together someday!

  This place is terrible!!! All their food is always served cold, even if you’re in line waiting for your food 10-20 minutes you’d think the wait is for fresh food but NO still served cold and nasty. I’ve been in this area almost 20 years and this is the first fast food restaurant that everyone complains about.

  well this Whataburger just lost my business permanently. 3 out of 4 times they have messed up my order, this time I didnt bother going back, its just ridiculous that they can't read an order on the screen and get it right. I've been give tithe wrong food, food prepared incorrectly, waited over 30 minutes for an order to be brought out cold. Tonight was the last straw and I will warn everyone away from this Whataburger forever. not that it will change anything they probably don't even read or care about these reviews.
