  Maria was absolutely the best part of our visit! She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely made the entire experience better. Her charisma and customer service skills are unmatched, and you can tell she truly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. She gave excellent recommendations on what to eat and was so warm and attentive throughout our meal. We absolutely love the toasted yolk, but having Maria there to assist us was an absolute delight. We’ll definitely be back!

  Easily one of the best breakfast/brunch spots I’ve been to in a long time. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was amazing from start to finish. Mark was a great server—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

  The Toasred Yolk looks like your typical brunch/lunch place but the menu has a unique items and traditional items with little twists. Our server, Kiera S, was absolutely amazing and was beyond attentive to our needs. She made sure to offer suggestions and told us of our substitution options and clarified the order. Food was hot and tasted great. Would definitely ask for her again for a future visit.

  Had an amazing experience at The Toasted Yolk Cafe thanks to Lizette! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfect. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the whole breakfast experience even better. Definitely ask for Lizette if you want top-tier service!

  I’ve been coming to Toasted Yolk about once every month or two for a while, and I’m honestly really disappointed with how much the quality and service have declined. The food used to be reliably good, but lately it feels inconsistent and not worth what they charge. It’s just not what it used to be. What really stood out on my last few visits is the service at the bar. I’ll sit at my table and literally watch the bartender across the room, often not actively doing much, while drinks take longer than they should to come out. It makes the whole experience feel off when something as simple as a drink order turns into a wait while nothing seems to be happening. There is also a really uncomfortable push for 5-star reviews every single time I go. Servers will explicitly ask you to scan the QR code and leave a 5-star review with their name in it, no matter what the actual service was like. One server even told me they get rewarded for getting reviews and that management tracks and favors the servers who bring in the most positive ratings. It honestly feels a bit slimy, like the restaurant can’t stand on the merit of the actual experience and instead depends on customers to prop up its star rating. I’ve also noticed how many reviews mention specific server names and are 5 stars across the board. After experiencing how strongly it’s pushed in person, it really makes those reviews feel artificially inflated and not very reflective of the actual experience. I used to really enjoy coming here, but at this point it just doesn’t feel the same anymore, and I’m not sure I’ll be back as often.
