- VOVanessa Outlaw5 days ago1.0After decades of being a loyal customer and the up"s and downs of the quality for the most part it was usually good, but tonight we got no dinner at all. Never delivered. Not one call. Nothing. And the person on the phone terrible customer service and said nothing about getting my order to us just "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh". They have delivered to us successfully numerous times with no issues. So when it got late and still no food I call. Worker says oh yeah it's been sitting here awhile was wondering if anyone was going to pick it up. I said it's DELIVERY. He said oh Uber eats? I replied, no I order thru the app. He proceeds to put me on hold for awhile then comes back saying oh we tried to deliver but no gate code and we called 5x (i received no calls). The address is saved in the app and auto-populates everytime no issues every other order before until now. Not to mention this complex is party central and a revolving door of vehicles in and out so BS you tried to deliver when you thought it was carryout to begin with.

We order pizza all the time with yall yet none of your delivery drivers have had an issue finding it. The manager has hung up on us when I called to get the general managers number after your delivery driver threatened my husbands life! The worst service ever.
