  I’ve tried time and time again to give this location the benefit of the doubt because it’s so close to where I live, yet everytime I go the ladies running the drive through are continuously rude. Not telling me my total of my meal and waving her hand at me when I give her my card. Unnecessary attitude when I just want some quick dinner. Everytime I ask for extra sauce I’m hit with unnecessary attitude and rudeness. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I have always made sure to show nothing but kindness but it’s simply frustrating having this happen ontop of every time I’ve eaten here, my food has been wrong, cold, or had a weird taste. Whoever is running this store needs some serious tlc.

  This location on League City parkway has a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is always clean, the lighting is pleasant, the design of the dining room is comfortable and has easy accessibility and flow. The manager, hiring manager and all staff are exceptionally respectful, positive, prompt and provide you with excellent customer service. The bathroom is always clean and comfortable. The parking lot is well maintained and it is located in an upscale location with beautiful parks and lakes with walking paths outside the parking lot so you can walk off their yummy and exceptionally delicious food. The staff is always polite and insures exceptional customer service.
