  Very rude staff and unprofessional team mangment Me and my wife visy our local store at fm 646 today we was at self check lane waiting for our turn this lady shooting to us with no respect it is only 10 item she should come close to us and let us know not embarassing us in front every one I split the item to 2 carts one for me and one for my wife I start scan mine then about 5 employee came suronded us and one of then take off the item I scand put back to the shopping cart then I ask for the manager I been told all of them are the manager and I ask I need to speakt to the store manager and I ask every one of them if they are the brznch manager they said no I told them I don't need to talk to any one of you I need the general manager he came in and said I am going to ask you to leave I said what...... Then I called corprat they are close Then the manager said I don't see any problem to split the items then I finished and I will call the corporate tomorrow This is not the 1St problem with this location But I won't let it go

  Really clean & helpful! The staff here goes above and beyond to help the customers. I’ve been here multiple times and when I ask for help they ALWAYS help WITHOUT making you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. They also are very welcoming. When I go in 8/10 of the employees ATLEAST make it a point to smile at me or make some kind of welcoming gesture. I wish they’d expand the sushyia menu, but other than that they are the best HEB in the area hands down.

  I visited the store around 8:30 PM on April 28 and purchased several items. One of the cosmetics I bought had a 25% coupon, but the cashier told me the discount could not be applied. After paying, I went back to the cosmetics section to double-check. I saw an employee scanning items with a handheld device, so I politely asked if the coupon should apply to that product. To my surprise, her response felt very cold and unwelcoming. She avoided eye contact and acted as if my question was an inconvenience, almost as if she was upset. Eventually, she walked over to the cashier area and spoke to a manager, and the discount was applied. I do appreciate that the issue was resolved, especially since it was close to closing time and I understand employees may be tired. However, the way I was treated in that moment was very disappointing. If she was going to help anyway, I wish she could have done so with a bit more kindness. Alternatively, she could have simply directed me to the manager instead of making me feel uncomfortable. Customer service is not just about solving problems, but also about how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a very negative impression.

  I had a wonderful experience at H-E-B recently, thanks to one of your employees, Bryan. He went above and beyond by kindly offering to take my groceries out to my car, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone so thoughtful and willing to help without being asked. What really stood out to me was our conversation on the way out. When I asked Bryan about his future, he lit up and shared that he hopes to become a general manager one day and retire his mother before the age of 30. That kind of ambition, heart, and dedication is something special. In my opinion, Bryan represents exactly what H-E-B is all about. He’s a young man with a bright future, and I truly believe he’s someone worth watching and supporting as he grows within the company.
