- MMMaggie4 days ago2.0Cashier and shift lead need to be trained more for technical skill and manner. Customer beware it's been couple times cashier did not applying the coupon or gift card but still telling their did, always recheck your receipt! Majority of the cashier will throw away and crushed your grocery because they only care about ipm. Shift lead Evelyn gave unreasonable excuse for the cashier mistakes and didn't give solution, horrible! From all heb surrounding area, this store has the worst service team ever. The only one that smart, nice, humble and care about customer is the short girl with glasses and long curly ponytail, sometimes she is at the selfcheckout or overlook cashier.

My card was charged two times but they were telling me the transaction was not going through make that make sense because it doesn’t. Staff is little to no help with no empathy towards the matter, except a beautiful black woman with an island accent.. Ill never return here.
