Why would you close the customer service desk now in order to get what I need I have to drive either to the next town over or all the way across this one almost to the othe town on the other side this is pathetic as much foot traffic as this store gets and you close customer service Down

I went to the floral section 2 girls where they’re helping me inflate my balloons. I got a big happy birthday ballon for my mom for her birthday today. I go outside and it flies off. I go back in talk to the girls again i’m upset but I offer to pay for another one, these ballon’s are 14$. I purchase my ballon and as soon as I walk outside again it flies off again!!! I go back inside and my dad’s talks to a manager, he refunded me the 2nd one which I appreciate it. But they could not give me a 3rd free ballon. I feel like since I bought 2 I should have at least got a 3rd one free since I did purchase 2. But since the floral section is strict about ballon’s and helium I couldn’t. This was a special thing I was doing for my mom. Do better HEB.

Live HEB and their items, BUT, their curbside shoppers have handed me (in many, almost every time occasions) rotting organic foods. I.e. avocados, blueberries, & blackberries. Go inside and get your own organic items.

I love this HEB, however, after a recent encounter with the new Manager In Charge (Ricky) regarding the wing station that he discontinued, I'm feeling like maybe I should explore becoming a Kroger shopper. I tried to explain to Ricky that a number of customers were unhappy about the disappearance of the wing station. He just kept repeating that they have the prepackaged station instead now. I largely felt brushed off, like my opinion doesn't matter. But the personal experience customers get from a person packaging their wings in front if them at the wing station - and being able to personalize our order getting as much or as little chicken as we'd like or asking for all flats or all drums...truly matters. I was exclusively an HEB shopper...we'll see how long that lasts with Ricky at the helm.
