But my experience today was less than stellar due to the large number of personal shoppers clogging the store and one in particular who was so determined to shove shoppers out of the way she radioed for a manager after three of us confronted her about her unprofessional behavior in barreling down the aisle cutting people off instead of following the flow of traffic like the rest of us. It was frustrating to have to spend time explaining to a manager this ridiculous behavior and finally said... It's all on camera. Take a look. She continued to be confrontational to two customers with a manager standing there. Nothing appeared to be done. It seems HEB now has so many personal shoppers with their huge carts- there just isn't room for the rest of us - that was my experience today. HEB - you're going to need a dedicated facility to fulfill these orders. This sort of inability to get through aisles and having your shoppers shove the rest of us out of the way just won't do.
