  This Dutch Bros is usually our choice coffee shop. Unfortunately tonight was a less than satisfactory experience. First when we pulled up it was 9:57pm. We were the only customers there at this time. When we got to the window there was no one there so we waited a min or two, then I honked to try to get someone’s attention. After waiting another min or two still there was no one to be seen, so I honked again but I did a little “dun da da dun dun” type honk. Finely this girl came out from the back to the window. We ordered our new favorite the Annihilator. The last time we came a very sweet girl suggested it to us since we like a lot of espresso shots and we like iced coffees. Unfortunately when we got the Annihilator this time it looked like straight milk and I said to my husband “this doesn’t look like the drink we got last time does it?” And he said “no but try it” it after tasting it I turned to flag down the girl and ask her why it was so milky and why did it look and taste like this? She said “it might be because it has a little less ice than you got last time and if it has less ice we add more milk” my husband and I looked at each other confused and clearly she could see that we were not satisfied with our drink but she did and said nothing… so I said “can we have a shot of espresso? We will pay for it” so I handed her my card and we paid .79 cents for another espresso shot that she put in a cup then handed it to us and said have a good night. Still sitting in the driveway window we dumped the espresso shot into the drink she made hoping it would help. Then we tasted it and it didn’t help or taste any better. We drove off… We were not happy with our drink at all! So unhappy the entire drink is sitting on my counter right now. We couldn’t even drink it. I feel like we got robbed for $8. Clearly we were not satisfied with the drink and instead of her offering to remake us our drink she left it to us to try and fix it! Then after we tried to fix it ourselves she still did nothing. It seemed like we were a burden to her, a bother, like we were interrupting her evening and since we were a bother to her she decided she was going to make us a overpriced cup of Tart Milk. We were looking forward to enjoying a ice coffee and unfortunately all we got was a big cup of iced bitter milk. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. We couldn’t go back to get it remade either because she was the only one there and it was very obvious she didn’t want to make us another drink cause if she did then she would have offered at any point when we were sitting there saying this isn’t like the drink we have had before or when we were trying to fix it ourselves by adding a espresso shot!! But not one time did she say anything.

  Always great service any time I go, especially from Sandy , Brandon and Abby. Everyone is always so friendly and they work incredibly fast and have great teamwork

  Love the coffee they recommend ; I asked them a few questions and they were able to find a drink that hit everything I was looking for . Plus the staff was so welcoming . The lady at the window has great people skills , very hospitable, and pleasant to talk to.

  Another amazing job to night went twice and the lady’s there knocked out of the park the drinks and service is off the chain thank you
