I was sitting waiting for them to take my order at the drive thru, they didn’t respond after 5min. I pulled forward to the window and the lady was very rude and told me she wouldn’t take my order there. My infant was crying in the back seat and I told her that, she didn’t care and wouldn’t serve me. I work at a starbucks and know that it can be busy but would still NEVER treat a customer like that. Extremely inconsiderate

Stopped last week at 615 am and there was one tray of glazed donuts only. Nothing was ready at all. l saw multiple persons walk in and leave. The point of this establishment is to serve donuts for breakfast. That means having the entire menu available not just a couple of the easiest ones to make. Staff didn't even care. I'll try again one more time next week because l like the flavors but my hopes aren't very high.

I had a really disappointing experience here. Around 9:15 PM, even though the store closes at 10, the employee (Mackensie, the brunette) and another worker with blonde hair told us they were basically out of donuts. Meanwhile, it was obvious that wasn’t true they had their friends behind the counter helping themselves and taking two boxes and 2 bags of donuts.
On top of that, both employees had a rude attitude when we asked about what was available. The situation felt unprofessional and unfair, especially seeing others walk out with plenty while customers were being told there was nothing left. To make things worse, the lights were already turned off early, making it seem like they were closing well before the actual posted time.
This is unacceptable for a business that advertises closing at 10 PM, not 9:30. Customers should be treated equally and respectfully, not turned away while employees and their friends take what’s left. Definitely needs better management and accountability.
