  I have gotten take out 3 times and have received old stale chips all 3 times. I would recommend asking for fresh chips. Today after leaving drive through I also discovered the side of gauc was brown around the edges. Obviously not fresh. Maybe go to other location next time.

  I didn't have a bad experience other than some (not all) staff being a bit rude to me/most customers, but I felt particularly bad for a customer in front of me in line today which is why I'm leaving the review. She ordered food and one of the workers made the entire meal. Then when she got to the end of the line, the staff threw out the food. When the customer asked why, the staff responded that she actually needs to place an online order if she wants quesadillas (even though they had already made all the food -- it was right in front of us before they threw it away, and the customer was prepared to pay for it). The staff was very rude about it and didn't elaborate at all when the customer inquired as to why they threw her food out. I guess if you want quesadillas, you have to order them online for some reason. The staff was also dishonest and claimed that a new worker had messed up the protocol for this woman's order, but the worker in question has been employed there for a while now, as I've visited here about once a week and have seen that employee multiple times. I do recommend the Chipotle on the other side of the freeway by Best Buy, though. It's about 5 minutes away from this one.

  Placed online order, arrived on time and was told they had no rice ready (didn't mind the 15-20 minute wait), brought food out and said they threw in a free chips and queso for the wait. Got home to eat. There's little to no rice in my bowl and they gave us a hand full of stale chips with the queso 😂 Can't make this up. Lol.

  Went in for dinner to-go at 8:28PM on August 22ND and watched the food line workers and cashiers deal perfectly with a very annoying and disrespectful customer ahead of me. Those three ladies working the line did an amazing job and were very friendly to me when I was right after the rude customer. Those women need a raise for dealing with such disrespectful people all the time. Made my burrito perfect and it tasted amazing. Shoutout to the whole crew tonight they were great and did their jobs perfectly. I unfortunately didn't catch any names but whoever was working during that time that I listed were amazing employees.
