- KHKeisha HowellApr 28, 20262.0I’m disappointed with the new location that just opened near my home. I had high hopes. The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed and uninterested in our business. We said hello, and she replied, “For here or to go?” She looked at us as if we were bothering her. It was a rude and uncomfortable start to our visit. While ordering our food, she kept repeating the same thing over and over again, “Anything else?” She had to have said it about ten times. After she closed up my bowl, I realized I had forgotten to add the onions. I apologized and asked her if she could add them or add them on the side. She didn’t say anything; she just slammed a cup on the counter, filled it with four onions, and put the lid on it. The food itself was good, but it was overshadowed by the terrible service. I got the new honey chipotle chicken, which was delicious, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how awful the service was. Everyone has bad days, and I understand that I try to be a reasonable person. However, I felt so uncomfortable that I’m not sure if I would return.

But it is really bad. Stood at the line for 4 minutes 3 employees saw me but didn't say a word to me or acknowledge me finally I get my food and go to pay. My hundred dollars bill had a timy tear on it so they wouldn't accept it

Young teenagers needing better training. Food is expensive there. So not getting it right, make a no return customer.
