  When I walked in I was the only customer. All the employees were cleaning and I almost felt like I was bothering them because the older Hispanic lady just gave me this look of annoyance while she wiped down the glass. She was the one who prepared my food but just the energy I would’ve thought I accidentally walked in after hours I even double checked and it was over an hour and a half before close. She made the experience a bad one. Looked annoyed the whole time I would add something not to mention she rolled the food so sloppy I had to eat the burrito with a fork because it fell apart as soon as I opened the foil. The man that checked me out was nice and polite but gosh she was just such an energy killer. I understand pre closing tasks as someone who works in food service, but don’t be upset when guest walk in over hour before close and you have to serve them. I honestly felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome I ate my food in the outdoor seating. Which I felt I really didn’t have a choice cause they didn’t ask whether it was for dine in or carry out they just packaged it to-go. Just felt like they really didn’t want anyone eating inside. Just thought management might want to know how night crew makes customers feel.

  First time at this location & will definitely be back. The customer service is top tier. As we’re having dinner, we can over hear the employees chat & just by looking at their happy faces made this experience better. Very clean atmosphere. Best one I’ve ever been to for sure, hands down!

  We enjoyed going into this place but today was not good. Food was ok but when I ask for queso and chips was a mistake. The cheese was so bad that you can stand my chip in it and cold. I will not ask again plus no ice. They never said anything when I asked for a drink. I had find out on my own by walk back up to the counter again. Hot as heck no A/C

  Painful to walk into this Chipotle. Why? Cleanliness or lack of. I actually quit at this location because of the lack of cleanliness and make the drive to Cava Instead. Today my daughter wanted to get a kids quesadilla so we stopped in. When we arrived, there was one other Customer in the restaurant. I counted three Tables That were dirty And another table that had a tray sitting on top of it. After we got our food, my daughter wanted to sit at a counter and look out the window while we eat. As I sit here and leave this review, I’m looking at five seating areas at the counter that are Dirty. We had to put napkins Down as placemats to eat on top of a clean surface. Also as I sit here and eat a salad, I did get black beans on my salad and I might as well be Salad with black bean soup. No dressing. My greens Are soaking in what I would consider black bean soup. Poor cleanliness and for quality of food

  I come to this Chipotle all the time and the staff is always really friendly. However, it's kind of ridiculous to see the staff working hard without air conditioning for what feels like two weeks. All the money we spend and the stinginess of the company with their portion sizes -- you'd think they'd have enough money to fix the air conditioning so these employees aren't clocking into fire and brimstone. Do better for your employees.
