  New location so I will try again because I love cava!! I came in for pickup bowl. I felt very rushed through the line. The dip scoops were the smallest I ever received at a cava ( barely bigger than a marble) I always forget which dressing and was trying to read names upside down. Feeling rushed again I realized she never offered my fresh pita so I had to ask.( it is always offered at other locations) frustrated, I forgot to ask for my favorite pita strips. I did order chips, which they asked me to wait for fresh ones and I was grateful for that except for the fact that they packed the entire batch, then set them in the holding tray and it took me a hot minute to flag down an employee to ask for mine to be put in my bag, and that employee looked at me like I had six heads. I was also grateful that I remembered to grab a fork and napkin from the dine in portion because they certainly did not put one in the bag and at no point me in the direction of where they were so if this had been my first time, I probably would’ve walked out empty-handed.

  Shout-out to DJ for serving me . He was very pleasant and always smiling. I went in near closing time and some of the items that I wanted were low (it was after a rush), It didn't really matter to me as I could have done without some of the items, but DJ took care of it and replaced the items I had requested. DJ, you made my day.

  This place is great! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Kristen was especially friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today was my first time visiting CAVA, and I had such a meaningful experience. I came in after a long, busy day at work and, honestly, I wasn’t at my best. Sergio handled the situation with so much patience, grace, and kindness. He went above and beyond, and his generosity truly touched my heart. I also want to recognize Adriana. She was so sweet, and after I apologized for my attitude, she accepted it with so much grace. That moment reminded me that kindness and humility can completely change someone’s day. The food was absolutely delicious (the salmon bowl was amazing!), but what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated me. Thank you, Sergio and Adriana, for showing compassion. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be praying God’s blessings over your entire team.
