  ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience This has been the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. The order is messed up every single time. It doesn’t matter how simple the order is — there is always something missing, incorrect, or completely wrong. I have had to spend a minimum of 30 minutes just waiting to receive my order, only to find out that the order is still incorrect. Then I have to argue, explain the mistakes, and wait even longer for them to fix it. This has become a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are constantly talking among themselves instead of paying attention to customers and making sure orders are prepared correctly. Customer service seems to be the last priority. The person who calls herself the manager is especially disrespectful. Her attitude and behavior toward customers are unacceptable. A manager should be setting an example of good service, not making customers feel ignored and mistreated. To the owner: please take the reviews for this location seriously. When multiple customers are reporting the same problems, it is a clear sign that something needs to change. Poor service, incorrect orders, and rude behavior are seriously damaging your business and driving customers away.

  The Drive-thru girl was so rude and acted like I was bothering her day!! Just such an unhappy staff and rude. All this attitude just to take my money and hand me some food. I will never be back!

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The experience started the moment I pulled into the drive-thru. The employee acted like she didn't want to be there, gave us a rude look, and spoke to us with an attitude the entire time. Then I ordered two orders of Nacho Fries, and they were some of the worst fries I've ever had. They were stale, dry, and tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours. Honestly, they tasted like wood chips and mud—and that's probably an insult to wood chips and mud. Between the rude customer service and the terrible food, this was easily one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

  I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell, but the new people working there are rude, lazy, and act like the customers are interrupting their day. My fries were served half frozen, like they had one foot in the fryer and one foot still in the freezer. The food quality was bad enough, but the hygiene is what really did it for me. I saw the cook wiping sweat off his forehead and then going right back to touching food without gloves. Then I saw the lady at the window pick her behind and continue touching cups and lids like nothing happened. At that point, I didn’t know if I was at Taco Bell or participating in a health department documentary. This is getting ridiculous. I honestly don’t want anyone eating there until someone gets that place under control. If your food comes out extra salty, extra cheesy, or just “off,” I wouldn’t assume it’s seasoning. I’d assume it probably ain’t edible. The staff needs retraining, the food needs to be cooked fully, and the hygiene needs serious attention before people get sick.
