  Every time I come my order is incomplete. I’m either missing a food item or a sauce I ordered. And when I bring it up to an employee they always have an attitude like it’s somehow my fault.

  App says get 2 cheese cups with a pretzel, and 3 different dipping sauces with chicken tenders. Older white lady there practically yells that can only give 1 sauce for each item. Very rude attitude about it too, as if I'm trying to steal. Seems like false advertising or bait and switch. I already paid in the app, and I wouldn't have ordered from here if I'd have known they only give up to one sauce per item. Chicken was super dry, too.

  Disgusting experience. Multiple hairs found in Reeses Blast as shown on spoon. As a prior owner of a franchised dessert business, I would suggest looking at your staff from 6/14/26 and try figuring out who did this. This is no accident and could lead to potential legal issues. I pulled 3 out last night and put it in the freezer to look for more and found two straight away this morning. There is no excuse for this!
