  We won't be coming back due to constant issues at this location. This time we order two drinks and after over 18 minutes we had to press the button and come to find out no one could find the ticket. So finally minutes later we were handed our drinks. They take my card and ask for the drinks back because they needed to grab a card reader even though she took my card inside already. So then we wait for the drinks again but before giving them to us she is walking around with my card to go help someone else. I definitely get mistakes happen but this whole thing was odd.

  Best sonic in town. Theres not many, but hey they do a great job. The foods fresh. Tastes great. They didn’t miss a beat with me. Anytime im out that way its a top choice quick stop.

  They put Reese’s peanut butter cups in my son’s M&M’s Sonic Blast. He has a peanut allergy, and we didn’t realize what had happened until he had already eaten a significant amount. I understand that cross-contamination can happen, but this wasn’t a trace issue—this was a substantial amount of the wrong ingredient added to the order. That’s very different from an accidental mix-up or shared equipment exposure. Situations like this can be dangerous. Staff need to be aware that food allergies exist and take care when preparing orders, especially when specific items are requested. No one is expecting extreme measures like sanitizing machines between every order, but making sure the correct ingredients go into a customer’s order is a basic and reasonable expectation. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to another family.

  Some of the screens not working had to pull into my 3rd spot in order to place my order
