Hopefully, management will prioritize proper instruction to ensure a more polished experience for every guest in the future.

When they did, they gave me an iced coffee when I asked for a hot one. Then they remade it and gave me a cold coffee. The cup was cold to touch, obviously old coffee. Then when I went back, I asked the boy for a refund; he said he couldn’t due to no manager. He asked for me to come again later, mind you, I live 1 hour away. After a bunch of back-and-forth, he finally agreed to give me my money back. I just think they should close this place down or hire good baristas. Don’t come here.
