  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I walked into the restaurant, and there was no one in line. I walked up to the counter and waited to order. An employee came in behind me, and the cashier took the employee’s order before mine, even though I had been standing there waiting. That was my first impression of the customer service. I placed my order for a double meat burger with cheese, onion rings, and a drink—almost a $20 purchase. As the cashier turned the payment terminal toward me and I was about to insert my card, something told me to ask if I could leave my truck parked while I came inside to eat. I’m glad I asked. I was told I couldn’t park there because my truck was “taking up too much room.” The surprising part was that more than half of the parking lot was empty. There was plenty of room, but I was told I couldn’t park there while eating as a paying customer. Had I not asked before paying, they would have gladly taken my money first and then told me I had to move my truck. I understand businesses have the right to set parking policies, and I respect that. My disappointment is that there seemed to be no common sense or consideration, especially with a mostly empty parking lot. Between being overlooked at the counter and then being told I couldn’t park after my order had already been taken, I decided not to complete the purchase and took my business elsewhere. As a professional truck driver, I know I can legally park on the street or at another business. I simply chose not to spend my money at a place that made it clear my business wasn’t welcome. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location fell short.
