  I tried cancelling my order and calling the store, but no one would answer. Would just let me go straight to voicemail. It was infuriating. I called them well over 20+ times and no luck.

  I may be wrong but I kinda feel like the sandwich quality has been going down at Subway at all their locations. I'll still have it once in a while, but not as often as I did years ago in college.

  The coupons are there to promote business.. I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch. And when I went to pay ai showed them my coupon . The lady said we're going to have to charge you the bacon on each footling! I explained it's a chicken bacon ranch it comes with it that's the sub ingredients. She said our manager advised us to up charge when they use a coupon sorry. So I just walked out didn't pay for anything. They ended up throwing it to the trash. At least that's what the customer behind me said when he saw me next door at wing stop. He was also getting up charge for a menu item with a coupon from the mail. I don't take my business at that location anymore.

  Worst service all over town!!!! They need training ASAP like month ago I requested a side of tuna they charge me the complete sub, not wanting to do my refund at the end they did, today I again go place my order when attempting to pay the lady tellsme I can get your bill points on the $20 sign, I let her know it's my only bill she told I can't get your bill 🤯 to make matter worst she tell me have a nice day!!! Not even an apology or do you have another method of payment.

  In order an American club sub and I'm so disappointed. I ask for spinach and they only put 2 leaves of spinach for a 1 foot long😡 also i ask for jalapeño and they did the same only 2 jalapeños. Worst sub ever!!
