  Love this spot, Never any issues with food but when I did which was once the staff didn’t hesitate to make it right. Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks 🙏

  I ordered a breakfast burrito shortly after 10am, it was hands down the worst sonic burrito I've ever had. It wasn't edible, it tasted weird, and it was so chewy it seemed poisonous. Everything had the same sickly chewy texture, the bacon, tortilla, sausage, and even the potatoes. It might have been left out for a long time, but it took 25 minutes to come out. 19 minutes after the kiosk said the food was on the way. So I had assumed it must've been made fresh, but I was sorely mistaken. The service was so bad that I got the feeling it was done purposefully. I have a hard time believing it was sheer incompetence, however I can't truly rule it out. It's possible that this particular group was a poor representation of the other employees, but I not willing to risk it a second time.
