  We wanted breakfast and we were happy that they still were serving brunch. It was our first time having brunch at Scratch. Explained exactly how each of us wanted our plates. Extra eggs, no onions, bacon extra crispy, over hard eggs. Received my plate and found no extra eggs, then found raw onions mixed in the entire plate. Then my fiancé received her plate and her croissant with super dry turkey, thick bacon, still hard and not crispy. And after all that, I returned my plate and told them to charge me for the food that I had eaten off of it, which was 2 eggs and a small portion of barbacoa. But they still wanted to charge me a full plate. We were completely dissatisfied and still they wanted to charge us $62. Ridiculous to pay that much knowing we were leaving ready to go buy another meal somewhere else from how disappointing this was. After repeated attempts to get an adjustment on the tab due to the errors on our plates, the waitress was the only one who was really apologetic and therefore left her a $12 tip. It was not her fault as she showed us the specific order of our plates. So shout out to her for being patient and helpful. Should’ve left and eaten at La Finca! Breakfast at Scratch was such a fail. We’ve had lunch and at least that’s good here.

  Food was delicious my mother got the brisket grilled cheese and I the chicken tender buffalo sandwich. Our server Eli was very nice and helpful answering all our questions as well as giving us recommendations. Food was 5/5 and service was 5/5 as well would come here again!

  Got some delicious chilaquiles verdes and my husband got his usual adult chicken fingers, which my toddler promptly confiscated. This was perfect for brunch! We did have an issue with receiving the wrong chilaquiles but they were very quick to fix the right one. Thank you, Carlos and kitchen, for the fast service and yummy food.

  This little restaurant is a total gem. The food is so good and clean and the service is top notch. I found my new place when I come to Loredo Texas highly recommend for you to take time out and try the food. ELI is an amazing server 💯💯💙
