  Usually have really good food and service but I guess we hit an off day because both food and service were poor at best. Ordered a half pound of moist brisket and sides to take home for dinner. Waited longer than usual in line to order and some of the staff was literally cussing to each other while customers inside and drive thru window could hear the commotion. Very unprofessional and uncalled for, upon arriving home we discovered that the moist brisket we ordered and paid for was not moist by any means. Was very dry and hard and we were very disappointed to say the least. wanted to call and make a complaint but decided it was not worth the trouble but wish we could have been compensated in some way for not receiving what we paid for. Rudy's has always been a hit with us but this location dropped the ball pretty bad this day. Wouldn't say that the chain or this particular restaurant is bad but management needs to step up and fix the problems the currently have before it gets worse.

  Ufff, si hubiera 10 estrellas, le ponía 100. ¡Qué cosa tan deliciosa! Fue mi primera vez aquí y definitivamente salí pensando en cuándo puedo regresar. El lugar está padrísimo. Las mesas largas le dan una vibra muy texana y relajada, de esas que invitan a sentarte, convivir y disfrutar el banquete. Además, tienen una barra de toppings para acompañar la comida y varias opciones para hacerte tu plato a tu gusto. Nosotros pedimos salchicha de jalapeño, 1/3 de brisket y 1/3 de pulled pork. De sides pedimos la crema de elote y los frijoles. La crema de elote merece una mención especial. Cuando la vi por primera vez pensé: “¿Y esto qué rayos es?”. Pero en cuanto la probé entendí todo. ¡Está buenísima! Definitivamente fue una de mis cosas favoritas. También tienen unos vasotes de bebida con refill, lo cual se agradece muchísimo para acompañar semejante banquete, y por supuesto hay chevecita para quien quiera completar la experiencia. La salsa BBQ es casera y está muy buena. Tanto nos gustó que tienen una tiendita donde puedes comprarla para llevártela a casa. Todo lo que probamos estuvo delicioso, el ambiente está muy padre y las porciones están bastante bien. Definitivamente necesito regresar para seguir degustando estas delicias, porque me quedé con ganas de probar más cosas.

  TO WHOEVER IS MAKING PULLED PORK SANDWICHES please be carefull because my nease nearly choked on a bone that was sharp accidently left by whoevers making a pulled pork sandwiches. Other than that the restaurant is amazing the foods amazing.

  Ruby went above and beyond ! Making sure we had a memorable experience with Rudy’s BBQ . I would definitely recommend this joint . You want to be treated like family and enjoy some of the best BBQ from south of the boarder then , you’ve come to the right place !
