  They got me waiting 30 minutes outside while other people get their orders. I order a solo bag bag for one person you’re telling me it takes this long for on person to get this order?

  I asked for a Large ice vanilla coffee and got a nasty dark ice coffee , when i asked manager TAMARA to change she asked me to park , they made me wait 10min then the other ratchet looking manager named LESLIE with the black hair brought me a white ice coffee full of milk trying to be sarcastic instead of professional & said it was all they can do or give my money back . They both obviously dont know how to manage a store to be put in charge . Customer service here is Nasty , These people are so disgusting they probably dont even wash their hands before they start working . Careless ppl

  McPherson and Delmar 78041. Worst drive thru in Laredo. Afternoon service is completely in Spanish. Luckily, I do not mind but I do understand that some customers may feel more convertible speaking in English. The morning manager, a female, is not very good at managing the drive thru window. She's the one usually giving out yhe wrong order or telling u to park and wait for an eternity during morning rush. In addition, when being asked to move to a designated area they fail to give you a number so the the young person that cones to give you the food has to go thru at least 2 or 3 cars before getting you the order. Just terrible service.

  Take way too long worst McDonald's in the area they need better management orders take like 40 minutes not recommended!!!
