- VCVeronica ChavarriaJul 25, 20261.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the lady in self checkout... I come to the store once or maybe twice every 2 days before this happened just now @ 6:52 pm..I only had 8 ITEMS one of which was a 24pack of coke, even though she was watching me extremely closely since i started scanning despite other ppl being there she stops me & my husband and asked us if she could see our receipt, after REVIEWING THE CLEAR TO SEE RECEIPT OF 8 ITEMS she looks at me and ask me if i paid for the coke separately & i said "no" so she proceeds to say, "You can't pay coke with Lone star" and my husband says you're allowed to pay with more than one method of paying" and she checks the receipt AGAIN (she had to SQUINT HER EYES)and finally sees the coke on the receipt. She didn't apologize or empathized, she simply smiled & said thank you for that embarrassing and humiliating moment that was due to her POOR EYESIGHT. For me that was the worst part!
