I went when it was thunderstorming and the girls there were wearing their best smiles and their joy about the rain was so contagious, they had my kids laughing along! The girl at the window, Hania? was great and held a conversation even while getting wet đ Even with the rain, they did not stop and got all cars quickly through the line. I have never had a bad experience here. There has been long wait times but understandable as theyâre always busy. Love it, will be coming back for sure. đ

Can I buy stickers?
Weâre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenât able to take drink orders over the phone, but weâre excited to serve you! Donât let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
