- PBPatty BarretoMay 4, 20261.0I pre-ordered donuts four days in advance for something special for my daughter’s birthday. I even asked if they were sure they could make the design, and they said yes. They took my order, but made a big mistake by not asking for my phone number. When I arrived on the day of the birthday to pick them up, they didn’t have my order because they couldn’t make the design and had no way to contact me. I had to ask for simple donuts with a specific color since the party was that same evening. We ended up picking them up two hours later, and the glaze on the donuts was in poor condition, almost melting. One of the flavors didn’t taste good either. Very disappointing, especially because my daughter loves their donuts, which is why we chose to order from them.
