  Burgers were excellent as usual. Employees made us feel appreciated. Quick service, and they had two full canisters of sweet tea.

  Place is honestly trash waited 30 min for my food only to find out they skipped my order i was fine i dont mind waiting but i wasnt the only one in line waiting for that long never thought a whataburger could be as disappointing as this one if i could rate 0 i would

  We had to wait 20 minutes for our food while there were 4to 5 workers there and half of them weren’t doing anything just walking around.

  Let’s break this down shall we…Early school drop off morning WELL deserved by my kids for a good start to their day…2 Single Breakfast Sandwiches & 1 Honey B. Ckn Biscuit… $20 total for the following-Positives: My kids ate -Negatives: Received incomplete order after paying full price, 1 ketchup for 3 meals, NO Honey B. on the darn Honey B. Biscuit, which is what MAKES THE SANDWICH + an inch of ckn tender on some reheated dry frozen bs & was told EXTRA charge to make the meal correctly, if my kid said nothing this location would have stolen my money by leaving out the hash-browns for the meal/s, HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 5 min for the incomplete order just to get a response from LITERAL name manager Karen “we are short staff”…No line, 2-3 cars in drive through & out of the 5 behind the counter I witnessed working, there was an employee sitting & eating on the clock…a teenager took more initiative to TRY to rectify this….Point in hand DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Save your time and sanity!!! Mostly for parents, but why do locations like these always differ from the north or even Waxahachie…Such a waste and disappointment. This is why i cook AT HOME! Treat turned to a Trick & my kids had to reap the repercussions for some frickin breakfast sandwiches….NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Horrible experience today (04/17) I am a door dasher and I had to wait over 30 mins for 2 single burgers which made the customer upset with me when I tried explaining that they were working on it because that’s what I was told as soon as I got there so I went ahead and waited…after 15 mins I asked if the order was close to being ready to which I was told that they were finishing up so I waited again for another 10 mins just to be told that they had already gave it out (I don’t know why they didn’t tell me that from the beginning) i decided to wait again and get it remade by know I was hoping they had everythin ready to make but I was wrong because I waited 10 more mins shouldve really been 5 mins because I saw the order sitting by the counter for 5 mins before they let me know I guess the cashier was distracted…honestly I don’t really mind waiting but I feel like the right thing that should’ve been done was offer me a drink for the wait or atleast an apology would’ve been nice. I don’t mean to hate on the staff but Please do better thank you
