  This place was horrible. The food literally smelled like urine, so I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. 🤢 I was especially disappointed because I recently moved back home and there aren’t any Whataburgers there, so I was really looking forward to this. The whole place was completely unorganized. The lady took our order incorrectly, which caused an even longer wait. Then we watched our bag of food sit there for about 8 minutes before we finally walked up to the door and had to ask for it ourselves. By the time we got it, I was already irritated—and then the smell of the food completely killed my appetite. 😩 This location seriously needs better management, better organization, and some major attention to food quality and cleanliness. Definitely not the Whataburger experience I was expecting.

  0 STARS ….This restaurant is HORRIBLE! I ordered through DoorDash because my husband took my car to work. After waiting over an hour, I had to cancel my order. I honestly wasn’t even paying attention to which location I ordered from until I realized it was the Whataburger on Houston School Rd. I INSTANTLY canceled because I already knew how this was going to go! This location is EXTREMELY slow for absolutely no reason. And I don’t blame the DoorDash drivers one bit because I know it’s not their fault. This particular Whataburger has always been terrible! The service is slow, the food is never right, and it’s just an overall disappointment. I should’ve known better than to order from this location again!

  Cold fries and onion rings. I remember when whataburger was good, hot, and fresh. This location is sub par. You should tell the customer that you didn't have time to change the oil. Poor management. We were the only ones in drive thru and I can see why.

  Got my order wrong twice already. Everyone there seems to have an attitude issue. About 2 weeks ago I went here and I got home and they didnt give me the cheese and jalapeños that i paid for. I didnt go back because it was late that night. Today they charged me for cheese and jalapeños but didnt put it on my burger. I checked before I left. I told them about it and they didnt remake it they just slapped a slice a cheese and dump a few jalapeños. Cheese was still cold

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Whataburger. The lady who served me was rude and seemed uninterested in providing the level of customer service I would expect from a Whataburger location. I felt like I was not genuinely welcomed or properly assisted as a customer. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend this location.
