  This whataburger needs to get together every time I come here it’s always something my food is always either wrong. The wait is either really long. It’s always something at this Whataburger enough is enough. Y’all needed to get it together.

  Okay I’ve held off on this for way too long. Every time I order something online they get it wrong. They always forget my extra ranch, that mind you I have to pay for every time. They also always forget my Texas toast that is supposed to come with my #13 chicken meal. I placed an order and of course no extra ranch, no pie that I bought, and no Texas toast. I didn’t notice the ranch until I got home. This has been too often of an occurrence and I’m so beyond done with this place. Go literally anywhere else if you want Whataburger, this place needs to do better. Make sure your employees actually check the bags. I’ve worked in the service industry so I typically refrain from complaining but this is just despicable at the point. They need a whole new management and whole new staff at this point, or train your staff to actually know what goes in a meal or care about people’s orders.

  They forgot my two sides of fries. Wouldn't be fair to give one star as I should've checked but I was too trusting. How can you forget two sides of fries. They take a while to attend to even even it's moderate.

  I am VERY dissatisfied with this location 💯💯💯😡 THEY ARE HORRIBLY SLOW 💯💯💯😡 THE YOUNG LIGHT SKIN LADY, WITH THE BIG HAIR, AN OVERSIZED EYELASHES... HAS A BIT OF A ATTITUDE 💯💯... SHE WAS NOT RUDE,... IT'S JUST THE WAY SHE KEPT LOOKING DOWN HER NOSE THAT EVERYBODY ELSE, LIKE SHE WAS BETTER THAN EVERYBODY 💯💯 NOT TO MENTION SHE KEPT ROLLING HER EYES AT PEOPLE 💯💯💯(THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AT THE COUNTER 💯💯)... MY ONLINE ORDER... I WAITED 15 MINUTES TO GO PICK IT UP, I GOT THERE...(THE LADY I MENTIONED ABOVE... SAID IT'S NOT READY YET... WHEN SHE TOLD MANY OTHER PEOPLE THE SAME THING..) ⭐⭐I WOUND UP WAITING AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES 💯😡💯😡⭐⭐...   They put a half eaten sandwich in my bag. Someone literally eat half of one of my sandwiches. Every worker in there is lazy and just do not care about their job or the customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
