  I came in the other day for a bag of ice, and the girl took my order and totally forgot that I was at the drive thru window waiting for at least 10 mins.. FOR ONE BG OF ICE.. also I’m here this morning and I’ve been here since 6am which is when they’re supposed to open and ready to take orders.. I have now been in line waiting for over 20 mins and ppl have already arrived..I’m furious

  My cheese tots were fresh and hot. My shakes were made exactly how I asked. The service was exceptional.

  The workers are INCOMPETENT! The store is disgusting and the manager needs training on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. How do you ring me up for ice cream but cleaning the machine and ask me to come back in ONE HOUR DUE TO THE MANAGER'S and STAFF's STUPIDITY????? Please shut this location down! What a waste of space!!!!! Danielle you and your staff SUCK!!!!!

  Went there this morning at 8:26 ordered a breakfast toaster meal. Was drinking my soda on the way home and just kept saying it was flat and watered down , so I finally just opened the lid and it’s a whole dead bug in my drink. Called the restaurant no answer, been on hold with corporate over 30 minutes.. will not be eating there anymore!!!

  We had an issue. That being said, I feel like they went above and beyond to help remedy the situation and that need recognition! I think her name was Danielle but she’s on top of it and doing great!
