  The pizza I ordered was over cooked and no sauce. Meat Lovers 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Tried to call to get assistance they NEVER answer the phone.

  Made a mobile order last night. Through the pizza hut app, got there. Set in the car for a while. Call and they said they were working on it, but it wasn't ready yet. My husband went inside to get the pizza. But after about fifteen minutes, and they told him that my order was canceled. Because they didn't have the ingredients. It was a pan pizza with bacon, pepperoni and onions. This is not okay that it did not inform me that they had canceled my order. And I was waiting there. This is highly unacceptable. If it was not gonna be ready or they needed to cancel it, they should have notified me

  I order food and of course they were out of things. I asked for a refund on 1 item, they told me I had to go through doordash for the refund. I did not order through Doordash. I order through Pizza hut!! This place is a joke!! The people at the front do not know what they are doing. No customer service no profession at all!!

  People pay for food and service. Wasting my time. Literally ordered at 7:37 got there at 8:05. They say order is being made. 20 minutes go by and I see them exiting and entering the place being outside with their little friends (which is why I’m even making this review on the first place) I have to get up to ask where my food is and if I don’t say anything they would have continued pacing around. Just for them to tell me oh it’s not made because there’s no cheese crust. Why didn’t you say that when I first walked in.

  I placed an order on Sunday July 26, 2026 at 3:00. I ordered a meat lovers and a cheese pizza online. I arrived at the store and gave my name. A female worker started laughing and handed a receipt to another lady who called for someone else to come to the front since its others that work there. The first lady came back to the front with a man and she started laughing again. She stated she gave away my cheese pizza and she tried to call the customer to bring the pizza back. ( yes you can't do that) The man stated he could give me my refund or make the pizza again. I requested that both be made over so they are both fresh and hot. While waiting a male brings his pizza back and put it on the counter. The same female immediately said to him, I got you. Meanwhile I'm looking at his box. I notice all the stains and dents in the box. I told him, I see they messed up on your order too. He told me yes, I didn't order a meat lovers. The lady didn't throw it in the trash but walked it to the back. The male worker comes back to the front and tells me, they didn't mess up my order but my meat lovers pizza was in another warmer. I asked was that his meat lovers he bought back. He stated, he didn't know. which it was his box because I examined the box before the lady took it in the back. I then requested a refund and left.
