  Trash trash trash trash the Pizza maker looked dirty and unkeep,the cashier looked dirtier!!! Pizza was horrible, crush was like wet uncooked dough, barely added toppings..the absolute worst pizza I've ever had!! I'm thinking about contacting corporate!!!!!!!!!!

  This is game day Sunday & there is only one employee working numerous orders. Almost every customer is told to wait an additional 15-20 minutes outside of the time given online. It's been over that time & I'm still waiting. If I had not paid in advance I would have canceled.

  The worst management ever they shorted my order I asked them to refund back to my card alI got was a hassle over a shorted items in my order. the stuff I did get was over cooked or burnt around the edge's I tried to work with them but all the did was twist trying to make my fault this is not the papa John's I remember. To lose a customer over this is crazy which if you treat a customer right you make it back in. The long run by repeat customer this store should not carry the papa john name it all about the $$ the hell with the customers sad .from a customer that was ripped off PS they will put on hold or try to say they will call you back but they won't you have once they see your phone number they will leave you on hold till you hang up or give up shabby way of doing business I ran a business for 25 year never tested my customers bad the way I was treated at the Lancaster location all should be fired

  Yes , I got a large thin crust …. FOUND HAIR IN MY PIZZA ……..
