    ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Dutch Bros Coffee in Lancaster, Texas. I ordered two Caramelized Frappe drinks, but they gave me an Iced Coffee instead. When I returned it and explained that it was not what I ordered, the employee became upset and insisted that was what I had ordered. I know what I ordered, and the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and lacked good customer service. I also ordered a Bacon Sandwich for almost $5. The sandwich was extremely small for the price, and the bacon appeared to be undercooked. For the prices they charge, I expect better quality, a reasonable portion, and food that is properly cooked. If the products are going to be this expensive, the portions should at least be worth the price. I was also disappointed by the overall professionalism of the staff. The appearance and attire of some employees did not seem appropriate for a food-service establishment. When I was leaving the drive-thru, I also heard what sounded like disrespectful comments and profanity directed toward me. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how you treat the customer when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the service, food quality, and professionalism at this location were very disappointing. I expected much better for the prices they charge.

    I ordered my coffee at the walk up window because the drive thru was super slow. I was the second person in line, I waited 20 minutes and 3 people who ordered after me to get their order before I asked to speak to a manager and request a refund. I was informed my the little girl with Purple hair that I would get a refund in 3-4 days and that should could not give me the managers contact information. This is what happens when you don’t have an adult in the building to supervise these young kids. That don’t know how to organize and keep things in order. Terrible service and lack of awareness by workers.

    Ordered an electric berry lemonade and two shakes at the drive through. Server was pleasant and enthusiastic. The lemonade was as expected. The shakes were a huge letdown though: runny and clearly not mixed properly. Worse, the wait was about 30 minutes just to get through the line. For that kind of wait, the quality should've been way better. Overall pretty inefficient. Highly unlikely to visit again.

    I love Dutch Bros! BUT out of all the locations I’ve done a pick up order from THIS ONE IS THE SLOWEST! It really makes me think, what is the point of this location having an order ahead for pick up if they won’t have your order ready at the time it says it will be ready? Ordered a Aftershock Rebel at 6:20 pm on a Saturday, said it would be ready by 6:28pm, still gave it time knowing their order slowness completion and got here at 6:30pm, and didn’t get my order until 6:44pm. They have so many workers yet 2-3 of them are just standing around doing nothing. Stayed because it’s not like the app lets you ask for a refund or cancellation of the order. At this point they should have $5-$10 gift cards on standby to give out for when the team is not doing its best to get your order out ready.

    Waited in line for over 30 minutes despite ordering online. When I got to the window, they had just started making the drinks, which were made incorrectly. The girl in the drive-thru said, “oh you wanted a soft top.” I looked confused because that's how their original drink was made. She was over there dancing and chatting with her friends while there was a long line. Pay attention to the orders.
