  What a waste of money!!! I can’t believe I was served this! Fries were drown in salt not over exaggerating. Missing the sauce that I asked for. Sweet tea has a bad aftertaste.

  It was my first time here. The food was really good; I got the chicken tenders and biscuits, and they were delicious. I will definitely come back!

  Went to drive thru, ordered my food online and still had to pull off to the side to wait for it, waited 25 minutes until I walked inside and they never began my order. Waited another 15 minutes to still get my order wrong. The staff here is terrible and do not care about their jobs. They wear it on their sleeves. Please DO NOT go to this Bojangles.

  The food is great. The service I received at the drive thru window was ridiculous. 1. No greeting, no speaking at all. I said thank you, the worker just looked at me. Then they handed me my food and drink. Couldn’t be bothered to say thank you or have a nice day. 2. I ordered a biscuit and gravy - no plastic ware put in bag. Now, how do you propose I eat my food especially when I wasn’t taking it home to eat it. Do better! You already don’t have to take orders since a computer does it for you! It doesn’t take much effort to greet, thank and appropriately place plastic ware in a bag for a customer who ordered something you DONT eat with your hands! I don’t care if you’re 16 or 70, common courtesy and sense isn’t hard!

  I guess you guys just give customers whatever chicken you have available. I ordered it 20 minutes ahead because it would take me that long to get there. Please tell why the two simple orders I placed were not ready. Even worse, we ordered Bo chicken fried sandwich. How do you think it is OK to give spicy chicken sandwiches!? WTH? My daughter's mouth was burning! Health department needs to shut you down. The girl who brought out our food was wearing a disposable apron. I can guarantee she DID NOT change into a new apron. She probably went back to the prep line. Gross
