Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- AAAndTruthApr 24, 20261.0Went in for breakfast. Tried to order on the app but it crashed everytime it processed my payment. After trying three times, I decided to order inside. Walked in at 10:50. Despite atleast four employees walking by me, and even the guy bussing tables calling out twice someone was at the counter, no one came to take my order until 11. I stood there for 10 minutes while it was obvious everyone was intentionally going out of their way to take any more orders. Waited another twenty minutes for my food. When I did get my food both items were not what I ordered and one item even appeared tampered with. Everyone’s attitude from the manager down was negative and the whole vibe was negative and made the customers feel like an inconvenience. Not a great experience: I know it’s fast food so I’m not expecting fireworks, but this was below low.
